Return Policy

The Pearl Reef requires a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER from us. Please follow the steps to return your item.

 1-      Items can be returned for a repair.
 2-      Call 585-330-9227 between 9-5pm M-F
 3-      Explain the problem
 4- Once you have received  your AUTHORIZATION NUMBER we will give you the shipping direction s, all returns for a repair must be returned prepaid and insured and whereby a signature is required upon receipt. You may arrange to drop off the item at one of our shows. Please allow several weeks for a return, we may need to order components to repair your item. Any item modified from it original condition will not be accepted.

     The Pearl Reef.com is not responsible for shipping charges on returns. It is recommended that you insure the package, and ship requiring a signature upon receipt. Additionally, We strongly suggest that you follow-up with our customer service department 2-3 weeks after returns are shipped to ensure that your package has been received.
